My Favourite Lush Cleansers!

Hey guys! Lately my skin has been at it's absolute worst and it's been making me feel so deflated and horrid, so I decided to get myself to Lush and see what would help me out! I was really struggling with a lot of oil on my t-zone as well as an insane break out on the sides of my face. I tried to stick to a proper skin care routine and not wear make up for a little while but nothing worked until I finally got these two cleansers from lush!

This is the Dark Angels cleanser which I have mentioned previously on the blog but I'll run through what it does. So with this cleanser you simply take a small amount of product out of the pot, place it in the palm of your hand and add a tiny bit of water which then turns the cleanser to paste. You then apply this paste all of your face and any other part of you body you like. Wash off with lukewarm water and wait for the results. This product has ingredients such as black sugar and charcoal which soaks up oil, exfoliates the skin and pulls out any dirt hidden away in your pores. I've been using this product on my T-zone and really solved my oil issue!

The second cleanser is a new one to my collection, Angels On Bare Skin. This product is similar to the Dark Angels, so again you take a small amount on your hand and add water. The reason I chose to use two different cleansers if because my skin was having two different issues. The Angels On Bare Skin is cleansing, calming and nourishing which I felt I needed on my very inflamed break out. This has products such as almond milk, rose absolute and lavender oil, it honestly doesn't smell the best in the world but it's helped clear and soften my skin.

I'm fully aware my skin hasn't completely cleared up but no one's perfect! The top photo was my skin at it's absolute worst and the bottom photo is my skin after FOUR days of using both cleansers on my skin. I honestly cannot believe how amazing my skin feels and I would absolutely recommend these products if you're having a crazy break out! Also, if you have acne or any random break outs don't be embarrassed to go bare faced or if you feel better covering it up with make up then just do whatever makes you happy and don't worry about anyone else's opinion!
