The first product I have introduced into my everyday routine is the Elizabeth Arden - Eight Hour Cream. I actually have never used any products by Elizabeth Arden before however I saw this in Watt Brothers (UK) for £9.99 instead of the usual cost of £26 so really who could avoid such a bargain? This product is fantastic, once I applied this to my skin/lips I felt instant re-hydration, I actually applied this before going to bed and it was still in place by the time I woke up. If you can get your hands on this I would definitely recommend doing so.
Lately I have been noticing my skin has been a lot drier than it usually is and my normal moisturizers unfortunately just weren't cutting it so I purchased the Benefit - Total Moisture to try it out and I was pleasantly surprised. I have tried other Benefit facial products before and I wasn't too impressed so I didn't expect much from this cream but oh my goodness it is amazing! This facial cream is very thick and heavy so it isn't something I put on during the day but I do apply a small amount before bed after taking my make up off and I wake up with softer, brighter and hydrated skin.
This is the Mac - Fix+, I actually purchased this at the beginning of summer after seeing so many other youtuber/bloggers using it. Fix+ is titled as a finishing mist however it is something you can spray over your skin before applying your make up or you can even spray a small amount to your brushes during application, This product essentially is used to refresh your skin/make up and to give your make up a dewy look. Again, my skin has been very dry the past couple of months so this was a life saver on days where I felt my make up was sticking to certain areas of my skin so this gave a smooth refreshed finish to my look.
The final product I have introduced into my skincare routine is the Liz Earle - Cleanse & Polish. I actually received a sample sized tube of this product a couple of months ago and I became immediately obsessed. The key ingredients to this product are Rosemary, Chamomile, Cocoa Butter and Eucalyptus Essential Oil, the smell of all of those combined is incredible I can't even describe it. I did review this before so I won't go into too much detail about it but honestly my skin has never felt cleaner or clearer.
Have any of you found anything else helpful to de-hydrated skin? Let me know!
Thank you so much for reading!
